1) Who we are

Million Moves (“Million Moves”, “we”, “us”) provides software for the TradingView platform and educational content (the “Service”) via https://million-moves.com.

1a) What we provide (plain description)

Million Moves develops TradingView charting tools and educational resources. Our tools visualize market data to make charts easier to study. They do not provide trading signals, forecasts, or personalized advice and are intended for educational and analytical use only. Users remain solely responsible for their own analysis and decisions.

2) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing our website or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3) Nature of the Service (software & education only)

• We build and license TradingView charting tools/indicators and provide educational materials to help users study charts.
• The Service is not investment advice, portfolio management, or a signal service.
• Users remain solely responsible for their own analysis and trading decisions.

4) Disclaimer (no financial advice)

Million Moves and its team are not licensed financial advisers. All content and software are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on our website, Telegram, YouTube, social media, or within our software constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

5) Risk disclosure

Trading leveraged products (including FX/CFDs/commodities) is high risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance (including hypothetical examples) is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge and accept these risks.

6) Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details safe.
• We may revoke access for breach of these Terms, abuse, or misuse of the Service.
• We do not accept deposits, manage funds, or execute trades for users.

7) Subscriptions, cancellations, refunds

Refund Policy – Effective 18 December 2024

• Memberships are refundable only in the case of a duplicate payment. If a duplicate payment occurs, we will refund one of the charges. Contact: community@million-moves.com.
• You can cancel at any time at https://million-moves.com/my-account/. The membership remains active until the end of the current period and will not renew.

8) Fair use

• Licences are personal and non-transferable. Do not resell, share, sublicense, or publicly distribute our software, scripts, indicator outputs (including automated alerts/notifications), templates, tutorials, or other content without prior written permission.
• You must not attempt to copy, extract, reverse engineer, or decompile our indicators, delivery systems, or related code.

9) Intellectual property

All software, source code, documentation, text, graphics, logos, and media are the property of Million Moves or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a revocable, limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as intended.

10) Third-party platforms

The Service may integrate with or reference third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView, Telegram, YouTube, payment processors). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their services.

11) Affiliate disclosure

We may maintain a commercial/affiliate relationship with certain brokers or platforms. If you open and fund an account through our link, we may receive compensation. This does not increase your costs. Any account opening, KYC, and funding occur directly with the relevant broker/platform.

12) Warranties & limitation of liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Million Moves harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
